Refund Policy

Physical goods (books, games & kits)

• You may return physical items within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be in their original condition — unused, undamaged and with all packaging, components and cards included.
• Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process an approved refund or exchange.
• Faulty or incorrectly shipped items are always eligible for a full refund or replacement, including return delivery costs.

Digital downloads

Because they are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, digital downloads (printables, activity packs and e-resources) are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed. If you experience a technical problem with a file, contact us and we will fix it or provide a working replacement.

Workshops & classes

Cancellations are handled on the following tiers:

• More than 7 days before the workshop start date — full refund.
• Within 7 days of the start date — 50% refund.
• After the workshop has started — no refund.

If we cancel or reschedule a workshop, you may transfer to another date or receive a full refund.

Non-refundable items

Downloaded digital products, gift cards, and physical items returned damaged, incomplete or outside the 7-day window are not eligible for a refund.

How to request a refund

Email pershinghillselementary@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your request. We will respond within 2 business days (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm WAT) with next steps.

Currency & processing

Approved refunds are issued in the original currency of your payment and to the original payment method. Naira (NGN) refunds are processed in line with Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) requirements. Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds may take several business days to appear.
