These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website and services operated by Future Funders Lab Limited (“Future Funders Lab”, “we”, “us” or “our”), a company registered in Nigeria at 37 Glover Road, Ikoyi, Lagos (RC number: [RC number — to be added]).
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing our website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Use of the service
You agree to use the site lawfully and to provide accurate information when registering or ordering. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Our products are intended to be purchased by adults for children aged 4–14.
3. Orders & payment
- Prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and US Dollars (USD). You may switch currencies using the on-site switcher; USD figures are indicative conversions.
- All applicable taxes (including 7.5% VAT where relevant) are shown at checkout.
- Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, TransactPay. By paying, you also agree to the processor's terms. We do not store your full card details.
- An order is confirmed once payment is successfully received. We may decline or cancel an order due to stock, pricing errors or suspected fraud.
4. Intellectual property
All content — including our books, games, digital downloads, curricula, artwork, logos and text — is owned by Future Funders Lab Limited or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Digital downloads are licensed for your personal or single- classroom use only and may not be resold or redistributed.
5. Refunds
Returns, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and Shipping & Delivery Policy.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Future Funders Lab Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
8. Governing law & contact
